First time here!! I had the fried chicken burrito and added bacon.. it was so good! The shop was cute, clean and staff were very friendly. There were a lot of things I wanted to try and will be back to try more!!
Came here for a brunch. When ordering I was shocked that the sandwhich doesn't come with fries. So I had to order that separately. Our order took for what felt like FOREVER to come out. People who ordered after us were getting their orders before us. Which was a little frustrating because we had been waiting there for a while already. However, my food was really good. I LOVED the sandwhich and appreciated how every bite had a spicy flavor. The fries, were VERY small considering I had to order it separately.
Solid place for the food, price, and vibes! A friend and I were looking for a brunch place and tried EggBred for the first time. My Benedict was a rightful 8/10 ! The base bread was toasted, the hollandaise sauce didn't break, the only thing off was I'm actually not sure if the egg was poached or fried and one of the yolks was cooked through, but no biggy. They use the order-and-pay first system and wait for your buzzer to go. Staff was quick and nice and utensils and napkins were readily available! I would be interested to try other items on their menu and come back sometime. There is a small lot outside for parking and it is pretty easy to get to. They had 2 bathrooms which were very clean and an outside area for their sinks which can help facilitate how quick a bathroom line goes.
- 3.5 stars as it's pretty expensive for what you get - order at the register and they give you a buzzer for when the food is ready to pick up - clean, with modern decor full of egg puns - 3 fresh juices: apple, OJ, and blood orange - selection of 7 beers, San Peligrino, - they serve breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, breakfast burritos, avocado toast, breakfast poutine, chorizo chili cheese hash, Belgian egg waffle drizzled in cheesecake and topped with berries and you can build your own benny (English muffin with 2 medium eggs) - the chorizo egg and cheese ($10.99): - the Ben Franklin ($13.99): - they have a pick up counter for online orders - 10 tables inside and 4 tables in the outside patio Parking: Shared lot with other businesses in the strip mall
Eggbred in La Habra was awesome. The burrito was flavorful and satisfying and every bite delicious. The pancakes were amazing! Tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. They also have beer here which I had for breakfast lol. The combination of great food and a cozy atmosphere and outdoor patio made for a great dining experience. If you're in the area and craving comfort food done right, I'd definitely recommend giving Eggbred a try. It's the kind of spot where both savory and sweet lovers leave happy!
The Ribeye Asada Breakfast Burrito here is WHAT'S UP! Seriously. If you've come across my review it's probably early morning and you're craving a breakfast burrito, am I right or am I right ;D? I've been here multiple times and wasn't too impressed until I tried the Ribeye Asada Breakfast Burrito. I crave breakfast burritos often, I mean OFTEN, and this one really hit the spot. The location is in a small strip mall on Harbor Blvd. with several neighboring businesses. Parking is limited and I've seen people park at the urgent care next door and walk when spots aren't available. Inside, there's a few tables if you decide to dine in and there's also seating outside. There's cute signage and décor all around, definitely IG photo worthy. Alright, alright, how was the burrito? - Ribeye Asada Breakfast Burrito: Soft scrambled eggs, beer battered potatoes, cheddar jack cheese, smoked paprika spread, and ribeye asada. Served with fresh salsa verde. Food coma in a wrapper. Huge pieces of tasty ribeye with plenty of everything else. The tortilla was a little crispy, which I loved. It didn't break apart easily and complimented the soft ingredients. I didn't use the included salsa, because it was good already! Service was good, though the only interaction I had was when I ordered food at the counter. The person at the register helped me with a smile! I recommend this breakfast burrito for sure, and I'll definitely be back to try the other ones :).
